Gov. Mike Pence has reappointed Richard Ludwig to a second four-year term as commissioner of the Midwest Higher Education Compact. He is president and CEO of Indiana Independent Colleges. Ludwick also serves as board chair for the Coalition for College Cost Savings and is a member of the Indiana Chamber's Higher Education Business Policy Committee.
