UNMC students are invited to participate in the Midwest Global Health Conference, sponsored by Creighton University.
“Many Communities, One Health” is the theme of the event, which will take place on February 3 and 4. The popular conference features keynote speakers, panels and information sessions covering a range of global health topics. New for 2023 is the addition of the Great Plains Native American Health Symposium (GPNAHS).
The Office of Global Engagement will pay the registration fee for up to 20 UNMC students to attend the conference.
The conference program and registration information can be found at the conference website.
To take advantage of OGE's free student registration, please email Sarah Pirtle and register an interest in registering for the Midwest Global Health Conference. Interested individuals should identify themselves as a UNMC student and the name of their program.
