Lee & Associates of Illinois recently promoted three Chicago-based brokerage professionals to its industrial and office platforms.
– Andrew Block was promoted to executive vice president. Block has been with Lee & Associates for more than seven years, focusing on the west suburban Chicago market. His expertise is assisting businesses with property sales, property purchases, new lease transactions and lease renewals. Block has also represented many companies in their construction projects and negotiated construction contracts for building extensions.
– Carole Caveney was promoted to senior vice president. Caveney joined Lee & Associates in 2020 and serves a wide range of clients and assignments, primarily in the South and Southwest Cook region and the East/West corridor. He specializes in the leasing and disposal of office and commercial properties and land and represents both tenants and buyers.
– Dylan Maher was promoted to senior vice president. He has been with the company since 2020 and focuses on industrial leasing and sales in the South Chicago, South Cook and I-55 Corridor industrial markets. Maher will continue to leverage his extensive network to facilitate transactions on behalf of private companies, financial institutions, investors and developers in the leasing, acquisition and disposal of industrial assets.
Kiser Group has promoted Danny Logarakis to Senior Director. Logarakis is active in the multifamily market on Chicago's far north side, helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Logarakis has received numerous awards, including being a finalist for Realtor of the Year in 2023. Logarakis' track record includes closing notable sales such as a $7.6 million transaction in Edgewater, a $9.8 million closing in Rogers Park and closing a $23 million portfolio on Chicago's North Side in 2022.

The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Brokerage (SIOR) presented the Richard G. Levy President's Award to Garry Weiss, SIOR, Vice President and National Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives at ARCO/Murray. One recipient is selected each year by the SIOR Chicago Chapter Executive Board as a member they believe exemplifies outstanding achievement both within and outside the commercial real estate industry.
Continental Realty Corporation (CRC)a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management firm, hired Bridget Goggin as Senior Commercial Property Manager in Chicago. Goggin, who brings more than 20 years of business and real estate experience to CRC, previously served as General Manager for RPT Realty, Inc. He will oversee all property and asset management functions for a portfolio of five retail centers comprising approximately one million square feet of space and located in suburban areas of Chicago.
Colliers has brokered the sale of The Green on Meridian, a two-building, 58,158-square-foot medical office portfolio in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel. The sale price was not disclosed. The three-story buildings are 25% occupied by ten tenants. Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport and Bryce Wetzel of Colliers represented the seller, NAYA Investment & Management. A private investor was the buyer.
