LucidHealth has selected a leader to oversee its Midwest strategy, the private equity-backed radiology provider announced Jan. 8.
Daniel Howell, MBA, is the new regional vice president, Midwest radiology services for the Columbus, Ohio-based organization. In this role, he will oversee the growth, leadership, development, strategic direction and operational excellence of LucidHealth's 50 imaging locations in Ohio and Wisconsin.
Prior to assuming the title, Howell served as executive director of practice management at Riverside Radiology & Interventional Associates. The practice is part of LucidHealth and is one of the largest radiology providers in Ohio, according to the company.

This is the third leadership move for LucidHealth in recent months. It also appointed Corbeil as managing director in November and Kirsten P. Jones as regional vice president of imaging centers in December. The company describes itself as one of the “largest physician-owned, outsourced providers of radiology services in the country,” providing readings at facilities in seven states. LucidHealth was first founded in 2016, in part, with funds from a private equity firm Excellere Partners.
