ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis University and Bally Sports Midwest announced today that nine Billiken men's basketball games will be carried on the network during the 2021-22 season.
The package includes eight home games and an Atlantic 10 Conference road tilt. Dan McLaughlin, who for more than 20 seasons has called St. Louis Cardinals for Bally Sports Midwest, will serve as the primary play-by-play voice for the sixth consecutive year. Billiken Hall of Famer Scott Highmark returns as an analyst.
The Bally Sports Midwest deal was reached on behalf of SLU by its athletics media rights holder, Billikens Sports Properties of Learfield IMG College.
“We are excited to continue our partnership with Bally Sports Midwest, which allows SLU fans to watch our men's basketball program,” said SLU Director of Athletics Chris May he said. “Building community is one of our strategic goals, and the exposure generated by our TV schedule helps us achieve that goal.”
