SEC Voluntary Remains Final Rule on Climate Disclosures
On April 4, 2024, the SEC issued an order maintaining the Final Rule on Enhancing and Standardizing Climate-Related Disclosures to Investors issued no more than a month earlier, to require registrants to provide certain climate-related disclosures to registration statements and annual reports.
