Founded by Kerry Geocaris and Melissa Cruz-Cuene, the women's team has been successful and now Geocaris' son, Elliot Bordini, heads the men's team. Bordini, a collegiate footballer, will look to help replicate the success of the women's team.
“I've been in awe of what Glory has accomplished and what they do for the female athletes and the community is incredible,” said Elliot Bordini, the son of the founder of the Green Bay Glory women's team. “I want to be involved in providing opportunities for players like myself who want to stay in love with the game and aspire to make something of themselves on and off the pitch.”
Geocaris is excited to work alongside her son to bring more exposure to the men's and women's teams.
“I am excited by the natural evolution of our organization to now include a men's soccer team,” Geocaris added. “Community support for the women's team has laid a solid foundation for the men's team to thrive. With this expansion, we aim to make an even bigger impact by uniting our community through the beautiful game.”
