CAZENOVIA, NY — Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners (SNPartners) announced it will acquire Cazenovia Equipment, currently owned by the Frazee family, and the agricultural and other equipment dealer's 10 locations.
Terms of the sale, which will be completed on June 1, were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of SNPartner's initiative to expand its operations as a family-owned, full-service John Deere dealer group. The company currently operates 28 locations in Missouri and Illinois.
“We are proud to share a legacy as a family business with the Cazenovia team and understand the value they have brought to the state,” SNPartners CEO Ted Briscoe said in a press release. “Our mutual commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceptional parts and service will ensure that the needs of the community are not only met but exceeded.”
Jared Nobbe will be SNPartners' general manager. The Frazee family will continue to be involved in the business to ensure a smooth transition.
“The team at SNPartners has seen the ups and downs of this industry and is committed to the long-term success of the business and our customers,” said Cazenovia Equipment Vice President Mike Frazee. “We are confident that the legacy we have built will continue in good hands.”
