It will impact recruitment, improve metrics for success, and strengthen relationships with historically underrepresented colleges and universities. Coleman will also oversee the company's mentoring program for minority-owned business owners and Alberici University, a training program for small, disadvantaged businesses.
Mike Zorich has been appointed head of operational services for IMEG. As the company's CEO and most recently vice president of healthcare, he has more than 21 years of experience, all with IMEG. Zorich was instrumental in establishing the company's market sector development structure and contributes to the company's thought leadership strategy. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and was a healthcare client executive for IMEG's Quad Cities office before becoming director of healthcare in 2019 and vice president in 2022. He takes over from IMEG's previous COO, Jeff Prattwho has retired from the company.
